Jones Hardwoods Inc.’s Lumber Yard and Dry Kilns is strategically located in Franklin, PA, to benefit from the abundance of quality hardwoods from the Allegheny Forest Region. The yard is well organized and clean, showing an obvious dedication to the details that make a difference:

• 300,000 board feet kiln capacity with controlled drying conditions to measure humidity level, air, velocity and temperature
• Yard capacity in excess of 3 million board feet hardwood lumber
• Warehousing facilities incorporating more than 1 million board feet of indoor storage space
• Automated lumber sticker station. Breeze Dried stickers for all white wood species and standard ¾” sticks for other species. All stickers placed on one-foot  center increments
• Two quality lumber inspection lines allow for inspection and grading in a short period of time
• Six aluminum and stainless steel SII Dry Kilns incorporate high-speed variable fans for quick drying, ensuring bright, flat lumber
• All lumber is inspected by our NHLA trained inspectors before and after kiln drying to meet or exceed the stringent association standards.
• T-sheds protect our hardwoods from the elements while the lumber air dries.
